Lens Mate helps you record contact lens wear cycles, manage lens cases, and quickly open a linked case with an official NFC sticker.

Before contacting support

Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened.
For NFC issues, include whether the tag was an official Lens Mate sticker and whether the system showed an “Open in Lens Mate” prompt.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details, or the full NFC URL in a support request.

Account and data

Basic tracking works without an account. Optional sign-in is used for cloud backup, cross-device recovery, and synchronization. See the Privacy Policy for details.
